SAN FRANCISCO SUPERIOR COURT JUDGE RULES AGAINST THE PLAINTIFF IN CIVIL LAWSUIT AGAINST ASSEMBLY CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 65 (ACR 65; WILLIE L. BROWN, JR., BRIDGE) Yesterday morning, there was notice of a tentative ruling sustaining all of the State of Californias objections to the legal complaint articulated in Planthold v. State of California et al. Later in the day, this tentative ruling was adopted as the final ruling in the case. In a brief email message about the decision, the plaintiff, Bob Planthold, wrote: The judge kept saying we were asking him to make a political decision; we felt we werent. He also ruled that there was no taxpayer interest in possible use of Caltrans resources. We are looking it over, as to whether to appeal.
