SAN PABLO CITY’S ANNUAL COCONUT FESTIVAL, NOW A HALL OF FAMER City Mayor Loreto S. Amante will be receiving the Hall of Fame Trophy from the Department of Tourism and Association of Tourism Officers of the Philippines (DOT/ATOP) this coming Satuday, October 5, 2013 at the Ibalong Centrum for Recreation in Legazpi City during the closing ceremony of the 14thth National Convention of the organization, for having the Annual Coconut Festival of San Pablo City declared as “The Best Tourism Event-Festival Category-City Level” for three consecutive years (2010, 2011, and 2012). It can also be recalled that the City of San Pablo was declared 2nd Placer as “Tourism-oriented Local Government Unit” for Calendar Year 2012, and Donnalyn E. Briñas-Eseo received the Pear Award as “Best Team Leader” during the 13th National Convention of the DOT/ATOP held in Dakak Park and Beach Resort in Dapitan City, Zamboanga del Norte las October 2-4, 2013.
