SANDBAG SHOULDERING: depending on the size of the sandbag, this exercise can be used for many purposes from strength, power, and even #HIIT cardio. Stand over the middle of the sandbag, grab underneath the middle, drop the butt as if youre going to deadlift it, lift the SB using your legs and back, and throw half of the SB over your shoulder, leaving the other half in front of you.
