The scope of the position is to focus on assisting in the delivery of Customer Order Management initiatives and working with key business stakeholders. You will be responsible to assist in performing design for moderately complex projects, setup of activities using specific HD process techniques, User Acceptance Testing and provide input to the Business Requirement and Functional Specification Documents in order to assist with testing scenarios. To meet these challenges, we are looking for a tenured SAP professional with 5+years’ functional knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution and CRM in the retail industry. You have a solid understanding of the process of gathering business requirements related to Sales Force Automation and have participated in end to end implementation of SAP solutions. Experience in CRM sales processes, Interaction Center and IS Retail is a plus. To stand out as a successful candidate, ideally you must possess a clear understanding of the CRM landscape and exposure to related interfaces such as ECC and BI as well as SFA configuration objects. Regularly interfacing with the Senior IT managers, you have demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills as well as problem solving and analytical capabilities.
