SAT. 2ND AUGUST, 2014 TELL THE GREAT THINGS THE LORD HAS DONE Mk 5:1-20 The mad man that was healed by Jesus begged to be allowed to be a follower of Jesus; Jesus responded and said, “No, go home to your family, and tell them everything the Lord has done for you and how merciful he has been. So the man started off to visit the Ten Towns of that region and began to proclaim the great things Jesus had done for him; and everyone was amazed at what he told them.” Verse 19-20 (NLT) Has Jesus been good to you? What has His power done in your life? Were you sick and healed, or delivered from an accident miraculously? How many people have you told about God’s power at work in your life? Jesus told the man that was healed, “go home and tell your family everything the Lord has done for you.” This means that your testimony should be given from your home and beyond. Tell your friends, tell it in the church, and tell your unbelieving acquaintances. Prayer: Lord, give me a testimony that will stir-up the faith of others in Jesus Name.
