SAT. MORNING CLASS: JKD- All hand techniques (Tan, Pak, Hinge, Gong) with a check, hand and foot counter, all sectors, high-mid-low. Freestyle block and counter combos. HKD- Combating the skilled boxer. You are as you train, boxers do not train defensively against kicks, answering a jab with a straight fast front leg front kick, answering a hook with a dodge sidekick. Fast repetitive training, because we are as we train, and boxers do not train defending kicks. They have no natural defense against kicks or kick combos. More importantly no arm or fist has ever out ranged a fast black belt level kick. Unless you have telescopic expanding arms. Good kickers win just as many altercations as do good punchers, its about how you train. We are as we train. Most would agree it is better to have both hand and foot skills than just hand skills. -F.S. Ehnle
