SATURDAY 27TH DECEMBER. Vanuatu Peter and Robyn Gration first served under appointment with the UPC of Australia as pioneer missionaries in the Solomon Islands from 1993 to 1998. Their work included church planting and the oversight and teaching in the first ever UPC Oneness Bible school in that country. Returning to Australia in 1998, they pastored in the tropical city of Cairns, Queensland. In November 2002 they went to Papua New Guinea where they served for four years under AIM. They received their UPCI missionary appointment in February 2007. The Grations live 5,200 feet above sea level in the Highlands town of Goroka. In the last four years, they have preached, taught, married, buried and baptized throughout some of the most remote jungle villages of PNG. The Grations have three children. The eldest, Jason, lives in Australia, while Nathaniel and Kerri-Sue live with their parents in PNG.
