SATURDAY,JUNE 29TH YOUR WILL BE DONE 1 “He went again the second time and prayed, saying, o my father, if this cup may not pass away from me except I drink it, thy will be done”. Math.26:42 Read Mathew 26: 36-46 There are situations ordained by God that you must pass through and over come, before God can show you forth and reveal his glory in your life. Jesus knew the will of God for his life. It was a difficult situation because Jesus was still human. Jesus began to be sorrowful and very heavy (Math. 26:37). He prayed in heaviness that the cup pass from him. Eventually he submitted to God’s will. Surrendering to the will of God might be difficult. It is better to surrender than to struggle all your life without making progress. A certain man of God was commissioned by God to go to a certain town to start a church. He felt so inadequate and unprepared for such mission. He struggled for years and made no progress until he decided to submit to God’s will. When he got to the city, he realized that someone else has started a church in that same address with the same name God gave him. What has the Lord ministered to you? Do not delay. The stones will not take your place in Jesus name. Further study John 4:34 Prayer: Father, I surrender every area of my life to you. Take control and use me for your glory in Jesus name. Amen
