Collect, collate and update the condition monitoring data in the system and advise the rotating equipment engineer of any abnormal findings to support the integrity and reliability programs. Update and maintain the rotating equipment archive, including CMMS equipment Data Record Cards to support the integrity and reliability programs. Compliance with monitoring schedule. JOB CONTEXT: The jobholder is responsible for the execution of the condition monitoring schedule and provides valuable information and technical advise to the engineer. He maintains and updates rotating equipment history and records. The job holder uses complex, sensitive and expensive equipment and is responsible for the necessary care, basic maintenance and proper storage of the equipment. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Secondary (Science) education + 3 years formal training leading to Mechanical Diploma or C&G Part III or equivalent. 6 years experience of mechanical maintenance work in the oil or petrochemical industry including 2 years vibration monitoring experience.
