SAVE AS YOU WRITE, OR YOULL LOSE EVERYTHING! I was writing about why we hadnt purchased an HD TV before Chris and Aindrea gave us one for Christmas, this year, when I lost it all in a glitch Ill know to save as I go this time! The answer is simply that up until 4 or 5 years ago, every extra cent we had went into producing and directing Tahoe Arts, Professional Theatre in Residence and Nevada Civic Light Opera. With help from Dick Stoll (Scandia Down Shops), Sue Welsch, Barbara Moore (now deceased, GOD bless her soul), Frontier Financial Credit Union (formerly Washoe Credit Union), Wells Fargo Bank, and the set designs of also deceased Warren Lieberman, sound and lighting help of Preston and Carol Dunn, Richard and Susan Dart, David Hamilton and Kurt Munger, we technically and financially got through about 14 or 15 years of semi and professional theatre. All we did was musicals and we had some of the best musicians and directors in the area. Pianist/Musical Director/Actress/ Vocalist, Donna Axton, Director/Actor/Singer, Mark D. Williams, Pianist/Vocal Director/Actress/Dancer/Singer Cindy Sabatini and the one who did everything often without recognition for all her hard work and talent, my wife, (all of the above and) Artistic Director, Susane Tagayev.
