SAVILLS VIETNAM is looking for the Internship in Hanoi Position: Property Valuation & Study Feasibility - Intern Location: Hanoi office Requirements: • Ability to work full-time (at least 2 months) • Final year student/Fresh graduate with majoring in Economics, Business, Real Estate, Investment or Banking/ Finance (preferred) • Strong research, analytical and writing skills • Ability to collect data through different channels • Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines • Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English • Strong computer literacy; proficiency in search engine, Word, Excel • Good knowledge of the property market (preferred) • Good team spirit Responsibilities: • Collect data for projects • Research and analyze projects specifications as instructed • Present project findings to the team • Write up reports as instructed • Support the team in other tasks as required If you are interested in this position, please contact npthao@savills.
