SAY SOMETHING GOOD ABOUT YOUR MATES Next up is Claire Mullings I cannot claim that Claire was one of my appointments because she was there when I arrived in Customer Services at North West Cable. So as a new manager I had to make sure that I had like minded individuals in the team, now usually you would sit next to the person and listen to how they handled customers. However this was not needed with Claire, because you could hear her interactions all the way across the call centre(such allowed voice when on the phone) . I was pleased to note that Claire was excellent she had this balance between professionalism and friendliness that made her unique YOU CANNOT TEACH THIS, ITS NATURAL. This is a theme with Claire she is natural in everything she does , and this includes speaking her mind if appropriate and HOW!! Never disturb Claire when she is in the of doing something or you will know about it. Claire was in a position of authority and everybody uses their own way to lead a team, and her team just went along with her without question. As I think back was I lucky to have these people,or were they lucky to have me ,or was the business lucky to have us all, not sure. One thing I am sure of is Claires children will think they have just the best mother ever ,and I agree. Best wishes Claire have a nice day.
