SAYING GOODBYE TO THE PAST: I will not fight with you any more. Although every fibre of my being is screaming with rage, my mouth is silent. I do not see the need to try to justify or defend myself. It gives me greater pleasure to hear your asinine assumptions, than to try and correct you. You wouldnt hear me anyway. You would simply see my mouth move and be frustrated at my audacity to challenge what authority you feel you have to control me. Injustice, be damned! Apart from assent to your erratic impulses, your own voice is the only you will ever hear. Because you are older than I am, does not equate to being wiser than me. Your cranial ability is even more limited than the life you feel you have led. Simply because it hasnt happened to you, does most certainly not mean it cannot happen. Your complete lack of empathy has my sincerest sympathy. You will never be able to feel any true emotion, and because of that, you are poor, no matter how much money you amass. You will always feel incomplete, unfulfilled, thus your constant need to project your rage unto those around you. To you, its not possible that ohers could have true happiness, warmth, love, acceptance, as you with all your riches and comforts will never have it. I am rich beyond measure, because, at long last, I have it. You do not. I do not need your acceptance. I do not need your approval, nor would I seek it. I have more than I need, and for that, I thank the Lord every day. Your jealousy over what I am so freely and eagerly given, will no longer effect me or my life. You are not worth my time, self-doubts, or even my contempt. That said, from this moment, you are a non-entity to me, my life, and my dearest. Sela.
