SBI Asso PO study Plan & Study Materials =================================== SBI Asso PO xam in evryway is like SBI PO xam,it wil follow same pattern Reasoning- Reasoning section will be same as sbi PO wid may b minor variations,here im posting roughly the pattern of SBI PO ths year 6 questions on Syllogisms 7 questions on Machine input/output 17 questions on 3 Puzzles (Seating Arrangement) 10 questions on Logical Reasoning(Course of Action, Conclusion from Passage, Statements & Assumptions) 5 questions on Inequalities 5 questions on Data Sufficiency that included elements of Coding- Decoding, Ranking, Blood Relation DI- SBI group PO exams never had typical maths,its full DI mstly, sometims may b 1/2 permutation,combination or mensuration though hvnt been seen recently. DI may include venn diagram/set theory language problem like 40% know English 30% know hindi etc,Level might b higher than IBPS PO DI English-It wil be nearly same as SBI PO or IBPS PO level, passages,sentence correction,arrangment,cloze test....nothing new expected GA- it will have CA,Banking,& a bit of marketing,evry1 should stay updated abt CA til 10days b4 thir xam dates Preparation- For reasoning & DI .......I would say practice from IBPS PO,SBI PO & RBI grade b papers of last 3years........that will help ,alongside different magazine sets (like.. Mica, BSC or Kirans)......do not go beyond 3yrs bcz its almst irrelevant now Previous cut off- Last SBI Asso xam was more than 3years ago,offline exam, for around 5000 seats,competition has changed & increased many folds in last 3years.......u have to prepare it like SBI PO bcz vacancies r much much less than IBPS PO,do not ask abt how much u should score,one needs to b lot better than what there were in IBPS PO..... So prepare accordingly Wish U guyz all the very best...
