SBI and its group needs to hire qualified & Train staff properly; SBI General Insurance customer care Sunil Mishra took more time then expected to resolve my problem to get my motor claim form., I asked to trsf the call to superior... TO - MY - HORROR- Chief Manager Mr Sunil Mishra (Claim Teams) was more dumm he was asking third person on the floor how to process it further since it file was achieve... I could hear covr in background because he forgot to keep my call on Mute/Hold. At the end of the call he said he it will take 10 working days to get it from backend team... I was like... WTF!!! (Call duration 48mins) I managed to get further escalation matrix of his AVP Amitava Gupta to understand why it takes so long for document... without saying much he confirmed to give me claim documents within 2-3 working days. Call duration 8 mins! Teach such #Sarkari ppl a lesson if they run from doing their jobs. Don’t let them work as per their convenience.#FightBack #NoChaltaHaiAttitude
