SCADA & TPCS ENGINEER O & G Responsibilities: -Ensure the reliability and integrity of the systems hardware, software, networks through execution of system procedures, maintenance strategies -Emergency corrective maintenance and Operation support -Carry out daily system monitoring, station, and health checks -Execute, and contribute to specific procedures, work instructions, work plans, inspection and testing schedules within the SCADA systems -Execute Maintenance Strategies and Procedures for Facilities in compliance with RoK and company Standards -Provision for ensuring that all modifications to the SCADA & Leak Detection are affected in the most economical and timely manner, and are performed in accordance with COMPANY standards and procedures -Carry out Troubleshooting / Inspection to establish root causes of failure (RCA) and prepare -Demonstrate a positive and pro-active commitment to HSE through the personal application of safety critical behaviors -Supporting/ Participating in Emergency Drills and Exercises as required -Reporting all Accidents/ Incidents and Unsafe Acts/ Conditions in a timely manner Requirements: -Degree or Qualification in electrical, computing, or automation disciplines or equivalent -Minimum 6 years experience in maintenance activities in the specific area of competence -4 years experience on Invensys SCADA (Wonderware RTU 20/50, Triconex/Trident) - Experience in RTU Communication Networks (SMH), data link mapping and configuration (Modbus, OPC) -Experience using Foxboro I/A HMI interface -Previous experience in Caspian Area would be beneficial -6 years experience on Invensys Systems (SCADA, RTU20/50, PLC, Triconex) - Fluent spoken and written English -Proven problem solving skills with the ability to apply these skills in emergency situations -HSE Skills, especially in supervising complex site activities - Ability to work in a team environment, communicates, understand and work within the dynamics of a multi functional, multi cultural environment -Problem solving and analytical skills -Strong commitment to safety -Good knowledge on field devices related to various control transmitters, analysers, mass flow and custody transfer meters and final control elements -Good knowledge on failure modes of control elements such as field devices, system modules, communications and final control elements Please send you CV to [email protected] or [email protected]
