SCAM ALERT NOTICE: We want you to be aware of a recent scam that has been brought to our attention. Members have reported receiving text messages indicating that their Community One Credit Union debit card and/or credit card has been suspended or blocked for security reasons and instructs the member to call a company named U.S. Direct at (810) 360-4452. This solicitation can also come in the form of email or text. Please be aware that Community One Credit Union currently DOES NOT offer a text alert system to our members. If you should receive a text on your cell phone or a phone call/email requesting this information, please do not call the number or give anyone your personal financial information and report it to our office at 330-305-3050 immediately.
