SCAM OF DEPARTMENT OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND INDUSTRIAL TRAINING, GOVERNMENT OF PUNJAB, INDIA- NON EXISTENT INSTITUTIONS APPOINTING PRINCIPAL, STAFF & PAYING SALARIES FROM PUNJAB GOVERNMENT TREASURY? MORE FACTS ON THE DEAD AND NON EXISTENT, GOVERNMENT POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE FOR GIRLS ROPAR, DISTRICT ROPAR, AS SHOWN ON WEBSITE ( ACTUALLY DISTRICT, ROOPNAGAR). PLEASE ALSO SEE MY EARLIER POST OF YESTERDAY, THE SEPTEMBER, 04, 2013. Please have a look at the various columns, with information provided in them, about the Government Ropar Polytechnic, copied and pasted here, from the official website, of the Department of technical education and industrial training, Government of Punjab, India. 1.The column office phone number of the Director/Principal of institute, shows the Chandigarh number of the Directorate of technical education, Sector 36-A, Chandigarh, proving that the Polytechnic does not exist in Ropar. 2.The column residence phone number with STD code does not mention any landline number of the Principal Mr. Rajiv Puri, which has to be of Ropar, because as per Government rules, Mr. Rajiv Puri, has to reside at Ropar, because he claims, as per information on website to be the Principal of a Government Polytechnic of the Punjab Government, claimed by the authorities of the Punjab Government to be in physical existence along with staff and students at Ropar. As per Government rules, if Mr. Rajiv Puri, does not reside at Ropar, then he needs to be punished as per rules. However, since this Government Polytechnic does not exist at Ropar and all authorities of the Punjab government are in connivance with each other, in support of Mr. Rajiv Puri, who will bell the cat? I still stand on my offer of a prize money of Rs thirty lacs to anyone, who can search and locate this Government Polytechnic, in Ropar. 3. I would like to know, from Sh. Raj Chengappa, the Editor in chief of the English Tribune Newspaper, as to why, they have not reported this big fraud/scam of the Punjab Government, which is causing financial loss to the state exchequer, especially at a time, when the the English Tribune, itself, has reported that because of acute financial crunch, the Punjab Government, has put on hold the payment of salaries of August to its employees. I have brought these facts to the knowledge of the editor in chief, english tribune, through e-mail. I hope, the powerful, have not succeeded in winning over the Tribune Newspaper? They of course have the ability to verify the facts reported by me, but it can happen only, if there is a will to do so?
