SCAMMER UPDATE: Yesterday the offender Harriet Dale was arrested, for 1 charge of obtains by deception. This is a holding charge only at this stage. She is in police custody and will appear tomorrow (5/1/15). I have opposed bail at court, but we will see whether she is held in custody or not. For the Police to prove the charges we will need to gather all the avaliable evidence. We will require from everyone statements, proof of payment, evidence of what bank account the money was paid into. The dates the transctions took place, any evidence of electronic conversations, ie screen shots etc. I realise that you victims are all over the country, so it makes co ordinating statements etc quite difficult. In the mean time could everyone pse send to Sergeant Christopher Jones at [email protected] the following details Full name, date of birth, address, email, phone numbers. What was purchased and when From whom ie Jessicca Darlington, Kendall Kamariera, or any others What bank account is was paid into. It will probably be either asb or kiwibank in the name Gordine, or D pearce Formal written statements will neeed to be taken, so could you please let Chris know where you closest Police station is. I realise that this is a bit of a hassle, but there is a lot of work unravelling this offending, and getting it to a stage where it can be presented to court to an evidentially suffient stage to gain a conviction. It would be helpful if all of this info could be sent to him asap, as she is appeaaring for sentence on previous matters on the 23rd of Jan, and it would be good to lay the additional charges before then. I am on 2 weeks leave from tomorrow, so will not be able to be contacted.
