SCARS is pleased to share an adorable update from the kind family that adopted Gaia... Hello all, it’s Gaia, I was adopted back in May 2013 and just wanted to drop a line to let you know how well I am doing at my furever home. It wasn’t long before I had wrapped my mom and dad around my furry paw and trained them to suite my needs. I love going for walks and while I’m waiting for my walker to get their shoes on I do my “donuts” to show my enthusiasm and excitement. I also am a big fan of belly rubs, when they get the right spot its heaven. I am better with car rides – no more being sick or drooling. I go straight to the car every morning. I know the routine! I get to go to work with them every day and get lots of pats and treats from everyone there. I know who gives the best treats and greet them when they arrive. I also have some special friends at doggie daycare that I get to see every week. I love playing in the snow and don’t mind getting covered in it, but I have learned to stop once I’m inside the door so I can get my feet wiped for me. I am so happy that everyone understands my awkwardness and that I bring lots of love and joy wherever I go. Thank you SCARS for looking after me and finding me a furever home.
