SCBA/Genl.1/2015 Dated 04.01.2015 CIRCULAR The President, the Vice President and the undersigned visited the project site of Supreme Court Bar Association Multi State Cooperative Group Housing Society Ltd. (Regd.) at Sector 99, NOIDA, yesterday afternoon. We thoroughly inspected the work in progress and had a detailed interaction with Mr. G.K. Sinha, CEO of Housing Society, Mr. Aftab Alam, Director, Purvanchal Construction Works, Mr. Prabhakar Pal Singh, Site Engineer, Mr. Vinay Kumar, Project Manager and Mr. Rishi Raj Sharma, Electrical Engineer, all of whom were present at the site on our prior request. This exercise was undertaken at the request of large number of our members who are members of this scheme and are running out of patience because of shifting deadlines, uncertain requirements and escalating costs. Therefore, we wanted to take first hand stock of the progress as well as the remaining issues. We were assured that the project is on its last leg and would be complete by March 2015. The President extended and assured full help and cooperation of SCBA to the Society for expediting all pending and necessary approvals and formalities required for completion certificate and also impressed upon all the stakeholders in no uncertain terms that timely completion of the project is an absolute responsibility and non-negotiable. We will continue to closely monitor the progress and completion of the project and will be personally visiting the site again after 15 days. This is for the information of all members.
