SCE is pleased to welcome Roy Bartlett, Jr. to our team as Senior Project Manager. In this senior position, Roy will provide leadership and oversight for the day-to-day operations for multiple Environmental, Construction, Demolition, Project Management and Project Administration activities associated with multiple projects throughout the US and abroad. Roy attended Pennsylvania State University and Florida Gulf Coast University where has earned an Associates Degree in Construction Management and a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering. Roy has over 32 years of management experience in the heavy highway and construction field; 21 years in Pennsylvania and 11 years in Florida. During his time in PA Roy was a field foreman for American Asphalt, Inc., where he worked on the $1.6 million dollar Pittston Bypass Shopping Center, the Luzerne Lackawanna Handicapped Curb Cut Ramp Project, and the SR 81 & 380 Split resurfacing project. From 1998-2001 Roy was owner of Penn Paving & Excavating, a light industrial site and paving company based in Wilkes-Barre. After relocation to Florida, Roy served as Vice President and Civil Engineer for Posen Construction Inc, a Florida DOT estimating business and as Sr. Managing Partner of Royal Palm Pre-Cast LLC. His project experience in Florida included $65.9 million I-95 HOV construction, $82.7 million I-275 Drainage Culverts Tampa, $36.5 million CR 39 Bridge Hillsboro County, and $28.9 million Tamiami Trail Box Culvert & Widening US 41 Everglades Restoration.
