SCIENTIFIC THINKING A person can be deceived by other people, by himself ( self-delusion ), by his faulty intuition, by his lousy imagination, by lack of intellectual vision, by his ignorance, by the illusion of the senses, by hidden mental processes, by innate or acquired biases ( prejudices & dogmas ), by misinformation, by wrong premises, by fallacious or flawed reasoning, by misinterpretation, by wishful thinking, by blind beliefs, by accidental mistakes, etc. And you ask me why a GENUINE SCIENTIST should be VERY IMAGINATIVE AND CREATIVE but, at the same time, A VERY SKEPTICAL AND CAREFUL THINKER ?
