SCRATCH ESMoA Exhibit Jeffreys CA$H & GREED Got in the WAY blogs.artinfo/lacmonfire/2014/06/23/street-art-after-deitch/ William Poundstone, My responsive correspondence to your complimentary very safe and embarrassing critical review as commentary. Your review should answer the rhetorical question of graffiti art after Deitch in critiquing fraudulent phony culture. My suggestion is to focus on these group of select cultural poseurs who operate from market interest facades and publicity veneers whose languages which in appearances looks like it is from the urban streets but in actuality is a well publicized media effort of Communication and Management firms to advance their gratuitous economic purposes of well invested parties of interest at any cost, this was the pathetic initiative of Jeffrey Deitch.. Former MOCA Director Jeffrey Deitch once upon a time misdirected a museum with his conflict of interest initiative exhibiting works that he and his curators collected in an international exhibition, in addition he placed his self invested artist that the gallery owner personally represented and collected their works solely for secondary market profit at the cost of being exposed at this international exhibition. Deitch went on with his platform presenting under his leadership that as a leader of the Los Angeles Museum that he would championed only exhibits and select artist which would return its halls to Populism was only embellished lip service. Populism as we all know is a movement as a political philosophy and theory which once supported the rights and power of ordinary oppressed people in their struggle against the wealthy and privileged elite. Populist until Deitch in conflict axed a well respected senior curator and veteran Paul Schimmel. Deitch and his oligarchy retained independent curators who intentionally committed acts of infringement and omissions to serve their own economic interest to insure that their artist would in the end be a bankable commodity now that Graffiti and Street Art had become a hip commodity which returned millions from its secondary BANKABLE markets. latimes/entertainment/arts/culture/la-et-cm-knight-moca-notebook-20130724,0,3165203.story#axzz2ilqVAowK MOCA and Deitch and Co literary staged a show titled.. How to be Staged as a BANKABLE Graffiti and Street Artist in one easy lesson.. Lets look at one of Deitch prized street-artist who was selected as a so called representative of the exhibit ART IN THE STREETS with its newly revised mocked titled CA$HING IN ON THE STREETS. Banksy like Deitch markets his brand as an ordinary down and out stencil con artist named BANK$Y, But beyond appearances, the individual and his firm in tow, is calculated in its misappropriation of the language of street and graffiti art mysteriously pirating its work from many unnamed sources and artist including ALEX DONIS and BLEK LE RAT even stealing the French Artists rats as a motif. imgur/a/CEyy3 This Pyrrhic defeatist and elite marketeer Banksy, is no poorboy Oliver street artist but rather an a modern clowned elitist who can afford to stage a sophisticated worldwide international campaign which retains a top public relation firm and publicist named Jo Brooks Ltd. The company generates Media attention across the world for its clients.. The PR firm releases public statement that such work is valued for its speculative investment which can increase land value. Banksy has no alliance and affiliation with Graffiti and Street Artist who in protest paint out his stencils across the world. In revelation Banksy and its firm is driven with specific intent to exploits the streets with a well tooled greased marketing campaign that recently distributed and released racist commentary. The recent GHETTO FOR LIFE. which was considered a slurred statement and is reviled by its Bronx Borough President and Politician who in summary says this surrogate and its advertiser the con-artist formally known as.. disrespect our urban community and trivializes such hardships on the streets of the South Bronx, NYC.... The informative article was authored by a responsible Journalist Joey Scarborough of the NY Daily News. nydailynews/new-york/bronx/bronx-borough-president-reviles-banksy-article-1.1493215 During the MOCA exhibit none of the artist from the ART IN THE STREETS walked out of the MOCA exhibit in support of their colleague BLU who was censored by its Former Director Jeffrey Deitch. Historically the censored artist BLU consulted with International Street Documentarian Henry Chalfant who ill advised him. hyperallergic/15072/more-answers-moca-mural/ mplex/art-design/2013/01/the-50-most-iconic-artworks-of-the-past-five-years/the-phantom-street-artist-aka-joey-krebs-leo-l BLU was ill advised.. hapstancedepart.wordpress/2011/01/06/i-see-the-handwriting-on-the-wall-further-remarks-and-actions-about-current-art-censorship/ The Censorship of the BLU mural brought the Deitch administration to its final curtain call in uncovering many shady practices of conflict of interest and well intended public apologies.. It was at that point in time in which Deitch and his free lance curators of Gastman and Rose as cronies become the mocked subject of an international investigation initiated by a community of street artist activist and yours truly..STREET PHANTOM The worldwide investigation has led to loss of street credibility for many of the curators and exhibiting artists beginning with its so called leaders Shepard Phoney and WANSKY !! Their actions detail their ignorance in that they are not leaders of street culture but are in fact manufactured as economic products by one sided speculative merchants who are only interested in a lucre return of selfish and greedy profit margins ignorant of art world discourses or responsibility and critique.. bristolgraffiti.wordpress/2009/04/06/banksy-mild-mild-west-defaced/ youtube/watch?v=pDUzLe6-YVk&sns=em Today Art World Controversy has been launched with the same ilk of participating street artist Shepard Fairey and RISK veteran participator of the MOCA exhibit who continue on in tradition of exhibit which exploits the streets and the tradition of its LA City mural walls to line their pocket with corporate cash. kcet.org/socal/departures/columns/writing-on-the-wall/if-a-mural-works-as-an-ad-its-a-step-backward.html These so called street Exhibit artist from the MOCA are nothing other than opportunist who are losing credibility and respectability with soiled reputations.. hyperallergic/105877/when-is-a-mural-not-a-mural/ Through social critique Banksy and his publicist Jo Brooks Ltd addresses and symbolizes the wide disparate corruption and racism in art institutions investigated by the Phantom Street Artist where back room dealings, secondary markets, public relations firms and managers are manufactured as public relations campaigns and contrived as fraudulent careerist who are unmasked as phony street artists in Kulture.. With question the Phantom Street Artist reveals the tennant of Ancient Philosophers who once shared that our greatest power is the ability to shape our thoughts, perceptions and feeling in a new light.. With a final new light which raises new critical awareness.. The Phantom Street Artist sheds light on a contemporary culture of greed in exploiting the movement of its streets with its ART WORLD RICO corrupted back-room dealing through a proposed biting commentary. Through years of protest in many cities and venues the Street Phantom language of inquiry premieres spectacle and in exhibition through ironic stagings.. The Phantom directed and participated in vignettes and performance which questions the integrity and elitist mission of the once excommunicated MOCA Director Jeffrey Deitch and his premiere Graffiti Exhibition ART IN THE STREETS aka CA$HING IN ON THE STREETS which once opened to a great media puffery and fanfare eventually fell to our street protest in Los Angeles on Nov 3rd 2012. The Phantom Street Artist and our Guerrilla Street Theater Protest against Deitch & Co gave such exhibits like SCRATCH the opportunities for new discursive voices to be heard in being critical of our culture in question.. PHANTOM STREET ARTIST The Phantom Street Artist who Question$ OUR Kulture in Question..
