SCREENSHOT SATURDAY: RISTAR - #SEGA #MEGADRIVE / #GENESIS One of the best things about the 16-Bit console from SEGA was the sheer number of amazing platform games that were released on it. This is one such game. With an instantly lovable main character, superb locations, an awesome control scheme and a soundtrack that made you hum loudly this had everything it needed to make it both an instant classic and a lasting franchise legacy. Sadly neither of those parts happened and Ristar has fallen into that remembered but not celebrated category, its a prime example of a game you all remember when you see the pictures but dont instantly have wave upon wave of memories associated with it. With this in mind RGG wanted to remind the internet that this incredible game does in fact still remain utterly brilliant in this day and hopes you all rush pout and give it a go as soon as possible.
