SCUM SHIT IN PARADISE..!! Final Skimming Gang Member Arrested In Phukhet..!! Detective teams raided a room and arrested the last member of a skimmer gang who was on the run and had been lying low. He was the remaining member of a skimming gang who stole more than 10 million baht from ATM’S. 22 March,2014; at 18:00 am, detective division held a press conference to announce the arrest of a Mr.Ramada N Karme, or Mr.Celim Mebarki, a French National by an arrest warrant from Pattaya court. The gang used skimmers to gain peoples information from ATM’S before making counterfeit cards to withdraw money. The suspect was arrested in front of the Bank of Thailand, Ratsada branch, Talad Mai, Muang, Phuket. The arrest warrant issued 3 years ago after Mr.Ramada N Karme, and 5 other gang members came to Thailand and committed the ATM fraud, in many tourist areas such as Pattaya, Phuket and Samui where they stole more than 10 million baht. Whilst arrested he denied all accusations, but police had evidence and images from surveillance cameras. The gang used to pretend to help careless tourists with their ATM card or credit cards by helping them to withdraw money and when they weren’t looking they would secretly swipe the card through a skimmer which was hidden in their hand. Once the information was gained they would use it to make counterfeit cards and withdraw money until they were finally arrested.
