SD Hwy Patrol identified the victim of Friday nights accident on Sheridan Lake Road must outside Rapid City limits David Lavern Bennett, 62, of Rapid City, was driving a 2004 Chevy Tahoe southbound on Sheridan Lake Rd., near Finch Ct., one half mile south of Rapid City. The Tahoe struck the drivers door on a 2014 Range Rover causing it to roll. The Tahoe then collided head on with a 2011 Cadillac Escalade. Range Rover occupants Kim Moyle and Gilbert Moyle suffered minor injuries. Escalade driver Michael Johnson and passengers Debra Johnson, Kayla Johnson and a juvenile child suffered serious but non-life threatening injuries. Everyone involved in the three-way crash was wearing a seatbelt.
