SDP is a party with positive history. A party that has no limit of coverage; a party that cuts across ethnic nationalities, shows no religious dichotomy, gives the youths opportunities to take front line responsibilities. I see it as a party is this on going republic with a lesser sin. It is time for us to posses our possessions. I trust, with SDP, our generation will liberate from the hands of the new colonial masters, the capitalists and the oppressors that have used up theirs time, that of our parents and now also mortgaging that of our generation. We must rise to the occasion. This is not time to blame PDP, APC or others but the to tell the world, that a system of fairness and justice is possible. A time to sell our ideology. When they buy, we will implement to the benefit of our people and mankind. A people oriented party will be guaranteed. When we all say yes, we can achieve all that brings peace, joy and happiness while moving along with global reasoning. Yes, we can. Joseph had his dream, it came to pass. Martin Luther has his, it came to pass. Mandela struggled, he got freedom. Great men are great because, they do little thing in a great way. Let us do this little politics in a great way. Let us join hands to put smiles in the faces of the masses. Behold, our names will ever remain not only in the minds of Nigerians but in that of the committee of Nations. Mother Teresa did it, Nelson Mandela did it, we too can do it. Yes, we can. Do not let your sins be the obstacle to this struggle. ...for all have sinned... Rawlings of Ghana sinned by killing his people but his sins did not hinder his plans for his nation that placed Ghana on top of nations. We all have sinned but let us come to God in humility to move on. Our destinies are in our hands. Yes, which can. I mean, we can do it. If we raise a true progressive, the capitalists and the oppressors will have no option but to follow. Doing so, a system that will check corruption with be built. A nation that is secured will be born. A country where justice and fairness stands will be created. Fellow country men, we all have a dream, let us stop the talking but start the action. Yes we can...
