SEASON III, TRAINING ON THE SHORT WEEKEND LOST AND FOUND Expected Outcome: All lost and found items will be stored and recorded in Resort office,all teams should be aware. How : * All item’s found will be stored inreort office and to be recorded into lost and found record book, detailing the following information : 1. Detailed description of items 2. Location where item was found 3. Date 4. Employee that found the items * All phone or guest inquiries for lost items will be entered into the office record book by employee taking the call detailing the following information : 1. Guest name 2. Detailed Description of item 3. Location where item was left 4. If you give the lost and found directly to the guest please inform the guest to check his/her belonging and sign the claim record • Management is responsible to contact the guests if we know the items belonging and guests e-mail or phone number.
