SECRETARY OF DEFENCE- I am sitting here watching MSNBC (liberal news channel for a little balance) this morning and the conversation was on the SEC DEF. One of the commentators was brainstorming the ISIS situation and made the comment that conservative leadership on the ISIS issue may be found at the pentagon and that we need a strong choice for a new SEC DEF that would go TELL the Obama what needs to be done. Did I just hear liberals running to conservatives for protection? I have his answer. A couple of years back, many STRONG military leaders advised against the quick withdrawal from IRAQ. Many of them RESIGNED quickly after that. At some levels, people just tell you that you need to quit, not your fired. You see, OBAMA knows more than everyone because he went to Harvard and people who surround him are yes men. He doesnt listen to anyone and it shows. The out going SEC DEF probably didnt say what he wanted to hear and you see where that got him. I can only assume that the 4 Cs of leadership are not taught at Harvard, CANDOR, COURAGE, COMPETENCE and COMMITMENT. NEVER use Candor with Obama, you get the boot. I guess he is going to choose another yes man or woman and keep making decisions based on what Obama wants, utilizing his vast military experience and schooling.
