SEEK DAILY Tuesday, November 18 Isaiah 42:10-16 A NEW SONG, A NEW WAY Sing to the LORD a new song, his praise from the ends of the earth… Isaiah 42:10, NIV The increasing challenges of life that we face or we even hear about on a daily basis can get us so weighed down to the extent that we find it difficult to sing praises to God. Yesterday, God announced His plan to do new things. Today, He is calling the Israelites to begin to sing songs of victory. This is because once God has taken charge, victory is already sure. We however, need to celebrate the victory in songs; make it so loud, so that the enemy will hear. Praise songs symbolize success. The enemy is always unhappy to hear songs of praise especially from a child of God because he knows it moves God into action. Singing a new song in this context is not optional. No matter the conditions of life, we must praise Him More so when we know that God is in control, we must always praise Him. Forget about your situation and develop the habit of praising God as your new approach to problems of life.
