//**//** SEEKING ADVICE **\\**\\ By our sister; Salam Im in need of advice, I have a friend who recently turned 17 she was taken to Lebanon last year her mother went to Lebanon when my friend was only 15 she put her eye on a guy for her daughter no ones perfect so please dont judge she made Facebook with out her mother knowing she never did anything wrong on it just to chat with friends and socialise a bit because she isnt aloud out with friends her mum found out about her Facebook when she had come back from Lebanon and caught her talking to a guy messaging as a friend this guy wanted to come ask for her hand but wanted to get to know her more when she was 16 her mum took her to Lebanon she forced her to get engaged she threatened her by telling her if you dont get engaged you will no longer see your friends or have any contact with them most of you might already be asking what about her dad or brothers her dad has heart problems and doesnt want her father knowing anything her older brother has ADD and if he finds out he would with out a doubt kill her only her one two brothers know about her having Facebook when she went Lebanon she didnt speak to me or my friends for almost two weeks after a while we received a picture of her engaged when she came back to Australia she would cry non stop she even started harming her self she wanted to run away her mum was putting her through that much pain as a friend I had to take a stand my friend didnt love this guy she didnt want him her heart didnt open up to him so I messaged her brother and spoke to him telling him about how she was forced to get engaged and all the things her mum has been doing her brother went off at his mother and wanted to protect his sister but then her mother threatened her with her older brother that if she doesnt tell her other brother that what I said isnt true that she was going to make sure he kills her I never let that stop me and I kept trying to find ways to help her her mother made her stop talking to me because Im awiyha and I was getting in the way of everything her mother was trying to do she instated to do what her mother said she recently went Lebanon one way ticket with no return her friends I talk to told me about how she is so scared that her mother took her to get married and she wants her to stay in Lebanon for ever my friend always told me her mum isnt her self and that she never sees her praying what should I do!!!
