SEEKING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – Full-Time: Frey Pet Hospital is seeking candidates to join our customer service team. This team creates exceptional customer experience by providing service and solutions to our valued clients. The CSR will process services and retail transactions, identify client needs, and connect clients to technicians and doctors who can assist in meeting those needs. The qualified candidate is an energetic and enthusiastic team player, with one or more years of customer service experience, preferably in the veterinary services industry, and prior experience handling cash and answering multiple lines.
