SEEKING HOUSING: REPOST: Hey all! I am still searching for a room to sublet for 3-5 months starting ideally around Feb.1 in the 600 to 800$ budget range in either West Harlem (Hamilton Heights, Sugar Hill), Washington Heights, or Astoria. Currently, I am subletting a place from a friend in West Harlem. I have really come to like the neighborhood so I am looking to stay in it at least for now. Also, I need to commute into Midtown and the commute from here is very convenient. However, I am also open to potential rooms in Washington Heights or just generally Upper Manhattan and Queens/Astoria. I am a 24 year old theatre artist/actor who recently moved to NYC from Massachusetts. Currently, I am still getting the lay of the land as somebody who is new to the city and so I am looking to continue to sublet while I do so. I am clean and neat, not a partier by any means, am very quiet, and am very respectful of roomates.
