SEEMS DEMBARE NO LONGER INTERESTED IN MUTUMA AND SITHOLE - TopicsExpress

SEEMS DEMBARE NO LONGER INTERESTED IN MUTUMA AND SITHOLE “The sticking point is the amount of money demanded by the handlers of these players,” a source close to the discussions told the Daily News yesterday. “Dynamos are not prepared to pay large sums of money that’s why they have resorted to engage players who are not contracted anywhere. “Dynamos have chosen to ignore them since they are not forthcoming on the signing-on fees. “They have already unearthed their replacements. Newton Katanha is likely to be signed and that young boy who was the leading goal-scorer in the Northern Region Division One last season.” Katanha, who recently returned to Zimbabwe after a long playing career in Europe, has been training with the Glamour Boys since last week. All indications point to the fact that the former CAPS United forward has impressed new DeMbare coach David Mandigora. ZRP FC forward Kasimero Chimbadzwa, who won the World Navi Northern Region Division One League Golden Boot with 22 goals in 2014, has also been training with the defending champions. The record Zimbabwe champions seem to have been charmed by Chimbadzwa’s talents and appear ready to offer him a contract. DeMbare have already completed the deal to sign former CAPS United forward Kelvin Bulaji, who was unveiled two weeks ago. Gibson Mahachi, who represents Sithole, told the Daily News they submitted their offer to Dynamos some two weeks ago but up to now they have not received a response from the Harare giants. DAILY NEWS
