SELF-EKHPHRASIS ‘A boy is something the wind’. Fragment from my boyhood, whatever I meant. A line written so long ago. O that it read like something heaven-sent! Bent enough to be ancient of days the poet puns: he still has the bent. If abstract, why would such a poem be persistent memory – a haunt? Was it recall of my first storm at seven? To be still is what all want. Include the wind! I often chose wrong but where I thought she was, there I went. An old man is something still the wind -Cezaruis 2013
