SELF HEAL SEPTEMBER is here! Last week I had a great idea pop in my thoughts about having a theme for September-Self Healing. SO, every weekday morning I will writing articles, giving tips, links to helpful sites and inspirational or Insightful photos or messages. So, lets get started! #1- Self Healing begins with ***opening your heart and mind*** *To allow the releases of what overfills your Body, MInd and Spirit. *To allow LOVE flow back in and then back out *To allow Healing to occur once there becomes space within you *To allow your guards or walls down so TRUE release and TrUE acceptance of some many positive things may come your way *To be open to releasing, to accepting, to forgiving, to clearing, to healing then the final step of GROWTH. So, the first step is become OPEN. Open your MIND to clear out the possible heavy clutter that resides within. Open your HEART to release the darkness or sadness or pain or grief. Open your SOUL or SPIRIT to see within and find and heal or release what truly fuels it in the most negative ways or keeps it in gray clouds. Let your walls come down if you keep them up, for whatever reasons, Let them down and know you will be safe if you working on that path towards Self Healing or Growth. Now remember........ *maybe you feel pretty good of where you are at.. *maybe there is a bit of grayness lingering (whether you know why or have no clue!)... *maybe you presently in a darker lit area of life or *maybe have been battling anxiety or depression or anger or *maybe just in a rut or *just looking for maintenance along the Journey of LIFE. Opening is simple.....Just do it a bit at a time...how ever much you feel safe to do, a little bit at a time, every day, when spending time on healing, while learning, while with family or friends. Let it become a habit in the most positive way. Benefits to opening- • You will become and feel- Less stress More physically, emotionally and mentally balanced Fill with more LIGHT, JOY, Love and sense of calmness Choose to more positive words, actions, emotions More easily release, surrender, welcome and accept More readily sense Truths and honesty More grateful More able to lighten your load and move along lifes journey with lighter steps and a newer free-ness within your spirit!
