SELF REALIZATION. Having ADD has its benefits. For example, it helps you to focus on numerous things at once. I really think my ADD helps me to be a better DJ. I can take requests, cue up music, talk to the event planner, and make announcements simultaneously. The downfalls of ADD are not being able to focus on ONE thing at a time! Also, we are very easily distracted. (No comments from AJ ALDAE). Many friends and family members accused me of having ADD in the past, however, this self realization didnt really hit me until I started making videos for my YouTube page. While watching one of the videos I made, I caught myself staring out a window right in the middle of the video. I looked at Rose and said,Oh thats what you guys are talking about. She replied, Yes, Shelly. Since this revelation, I now remind myself each day to remain focused! Unfortunately, I must have forgot to remind myself yesterday. While Cecilia was doing my hair, I decided to start working on a video.---Instead of working on my website like I was supposed to do. Luckily, I have great friends who keep me on track LOL. Thanks Kevin albert for your text. FOCUS! While this video is NOT one of my best as far as the editing. I do think the information is there. So, instead of bringing you my new site today. Im bringing you a video for BEGINNER DJs. Its the Basics of Wires, Cords, & Connectors. If youre a BEGINNER DJ - or you know someone who is - please SHARE. Thanks!! DeeJay Shelly Are you a BEGINNER DJ? Or, have you always wanted to become a DJ? Are you looking to purchase your first set of DJ equipment?
