SEMINAR OF IMAMS OF THE MASAJID IN DODOMA The office of BAKWATA (Muslim Council) of Dodoma District in collaboration with Dar-ul-Muslimeen organized a one day seminar on Sunday 18th May 2014 at Dar-ul-Muslimeen Education Center. The main theme of the seminar was “Importance of Youths’ Participation in the Masajid activities”. Among the papers presented was ‘The letter of Imam Ali (as) to Malike Ashtar and Responsibilities of the Imams of the Masajid’ which was presented by Sheikh Yasin Abdalla of Dar-ul-Muslimeen Hawza in Dodoma. Approximately 85 participants attended the program among whom were representatives of 28 Masajid in Dodoma, TAMSYA (Tanzania Muslim Youths Association) and TAMPRO (Tanzania Muslim Professionals). In the end of the seminar copies of Holy Quran with Kiswahili version of Imam Ali’s letter was distributed to all the participants along with lunch.
