SENIOR COMPLIANCE/LEGAL CONSULTANT NEEDED Location: Limassol & Nicosia Key Responsibilities: Communicate and provide consultancy support to Investment Firms and Financial Institutions Communicate with Regulatory Authorities Communicate with Internal Audit and Risk Management Departments Draft advices to clients’ compliance related issues and regulatory reports Handle compliance requests, clients complaints, requests from Regulatory Authorities Participate in the compliance assignments of Financial Institutions Ensure that the reporting obligations of the Financial Institutions are fulfilled Ensure that operational procedures comply with industry practices, internal procedures and regulations Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Finance/Law from a reputable university A Master’s degree in Economics/Finance will be considered as an advantage Excellent command of the English and Greek language Minimum 2 years relevant working experience Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Time management and organizational skills Strong personality with the ability to take initiative and identify solutions Client service driven Multitasking abilities Team player Passion for excellence Willingness to learn at all times Ability to work under pressure Attention to detail and procedures Readiness to work extra hours if needed Proactive and problem solving attitude Professionalism, integrity and trustworthiness Dependable and reliable Applicants should email their CVs to hr@treppides
