SENIOR ESTATE OFFICER The iTaukei Land Trust Board (TLTB) is the leading Land provider and Real Estate services in Fiji. TLTB invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Senior Estate Officer (Central & Eastern) based in Suva. The successful applicant will work closely with the Regional Manager to plan, direct and control the activities of the Region’s annual work plan and to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services to Landowners and Tenants in the region. Key Accountabilities are: • Management of the regions operations and resources; • Participating in the preparation of the Region’s budgets, reports and forecasts; • Meeting cost reduction/containment and workload targets; • Providing quality customer service to TLTB’s external clients and to internal clients of the Region; • Contributing to efficient work practices by active participation in teamwork, sharing of information and proposing improvements; • Represent TLTB in Landowners’ meetings, and advice on the TLTB Act, TLTB Strategic Corporate Plan and priority areas; • Monitor the Region’s contribution and achievements against the TLTB Strategic Corporate Plan. Minimum Qualifications and Selection Criteria: • Degree in Land Management & Development/Real Estate or equivalent. Postgraduate degree would be an advantage; • 8 years advanced experience in a relevant technical/professional field and other experience of a broad nature; • Have a good understanding of strategic planning and monitoring and evaluation processes; • Excellent report writing skills, analytical skills, interpersonal skills and people management skills; • High degree of computer literacy; • A Registered Valuer and must hold a valid Driving License.
