► SENIOR MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR X 2 The Maintenance and Industrial Services division provides comprehensive multidisciplinary maintenance and improvement solutions including maintenance services, sustaining and minor capital works, shutdowns and operations and facilities management for the resources and energy sectors. Monadelphous has an opportunity for 2 experienced Senior Mechanical Supervisors to join our operations in the Southern Highlands of Papua New Guinea to assist the delivery of works in a safe an efficient manner. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and safe and efficient delivery of all daily operational services as well as managing relationships with the client to resolve any concerns and ensure client satisfaction. The roster is 28 days on/28 days off, 3 year contract. Key responsibilities include: • Responsible for the organisation and management of labour within work teams • Actively monitor work practices and coach employees to ensure adherence to correct procedures and standards for work requirements and safety • Plan and organise work to meet contract time schedule and maximise the efficiency and productivity of the workforce • Provide direction to employees and contractors on quality requirements • Communicate with client representatives to inform them of progress and answer queries Benefits: • Strong safety culture and performance • Attractive remuneration package • Opportunity to work for a successful company with an outstanding industry reputation • Career path • Strong company values To be considered for this role you will have a demonstrated commitment to safety, trade qualified, minimum of 5 years experience in oil & gas and have working knowledge of pipe fabrication and installation. Coupled with your ability to effectively communicate and problem solve issues and strong attention to detail will see you succeed.
