Oil of Oregano, Super Strength; 10 drops every 5 min-10 minutes if needed, (Cumin, Oregano, Sage, Cinnamon) multiple spice capsules (probably have to put this together yourself ~ I havent found these in one tab. Cumin is also Black Seed Oil. He also recommends Germ-a-Clenz, which is put out by North American Herb Spice. OK, so what. Knowledge is power. Take something natural, thats not expensive and is available in large quantities. Both Young Living and Doterra Essential Oils offer Oregano. Neither offer all of the suggested ingredients.
