SUBJECT : REFERENCE TO THE VISION 20/C OF 1980 FOR THE GLOBAL PEACE UNIVERSITY. EXPANDING the family members of the University with individuals and organizations besides, the 110 proposed member Countries and the UN as a PARTNER by the WILL of God. Sirs/Madams, PEACE ON EARTH IF YOU HAVE LITTLE FAITH AS BIG AS MUSTARD SEED, YOU CAN SAY TO THIS MOUNTAIN, GO FROM HERE TO THERE! AND IT WILL GO. YOU COULD DO ANYTHING. (Mathew 17: 20). Jesus meaning is that God can do anything, if we pray in FAITH. Truly, all things are possible with God (Mathew 19:26). Jesus does not mean here that we can pray for anything we want and God will do it. Certain conditions must be fulfilled in order to our request to be GRANTED. First of all, we must pray in FAITH. Without faith, prayer accomplished NOTHING. SECOND, We must pray according to God’s will. God will not do anything that contradicts HIS Purpose. THIRD, We must pray in JESUS’ name that is, for JESUS sake not for our sake (John 16:23). FOURTH, We must remain in Jesus Christ and His words remain in us (John 15:7). To be in Christ means that we are in His Love, that WE ARE UNDER HIS AUTHORITY, THAT WE ARE OBEDIENT TO HIS WILL (1 John 3:22). In short it means Christ is the Lord of our life. It means that HIS Spirit the HOLY SPIRIT is in us, DIRECTING US. Indeed, the Holy Spirit not ONLY Teaches us what to Pray For, but HE gives us FAITH to pray for it.Thus, when we are in Christ in this way, then all that we ask in faith on Christ’s behalf HE will do. From we understand that praying in faith to God is not some kind of magic formula or ritual of merely words. To Pray in faith in the right way release the infinite POWER of the living God. When we Pray, God listen, God acts. We must remember one thing: God always answers our Prayer of faith, but HE may not answer it in the way we expect. We pray for one thing but God in His wisdom will give us something BETTER. God desires to enrich and bless our lives even more than we DESIRE it. We can trust HIM to answer our Prayers in the BEST way. Whatever you ask for in Prayer believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. God will certainly fulfill our request; HE has promised to do so. And what God promises, He will always do. King David’s son, Solomon said in praise of God: Praise be to the Lord, the God of Israel who with HIS hands has fulfilled what HE promised with His mouth to my father David (II Chronicles 6:4). However, even though we have the ASSURANCE that God has answered our request we sometimes do not experience the answer immediately. Sometimes God waits for a while before showing the answer. He knows when we are ready to receive HIS answer; therefore, until we receive the answer, we must continue Praying for it in faith. Elijah had to Pray for RAIN seven times, and only then did rain come (I Kings 18: 41-45)and the COLLAPSED the WALLS of JERICHO CITY (Joshua 6:20). We may have the assurance that our request has been granted but we must continue in Prayer until we actually received the answer in our Experience in our hand. Amen. BOTH FAITH AND PATIENCE ARE NECESSARY TO RECEIVE THE ANSWER TO OUR PRAYER (Luke 18: 1-8, Hebrew 6:12). Resolved to ask the concerned HEAD of the Government of the proposed member countries and the UN as a partner of Global Peace University send 3 each representatives to Takmoilung Headquarters for a short period of a few months for PRE-DISCUSSION about the STRATEGY, INFRASTRUCTURE and Others of the University. And resolved, all the needful expenditure such food, lodging, travelling, etc. must be borne by the sending body of which representatives should be introduced to the Headquarters Takmoilung and they are must not come to the Headquarters Takmoilung unless they are INVITED by Takmoilung Headquarters in prior to send to the Headquarters arrangement. 2. Resolved to ask the concerned HEAD of the Government of the proposed founding member countries of the University to send one each JUSTICE to the Court of the people who had crossed 50 years of age from the senior experienced servants of God who had proper knowledge of the 66 Books of God, the Holy Bible and resolved to ask the concerned HEAD of the Government of the proposed PERMANENT member countries and the UN as partners of the University to send ONE EACH judge to t he court of people who had crossed 40 years of age for male and 30 years of age for female who had proper knowledge of the LAWS of his/her country and the UN. The candidate must be introduced to the Takmoilung Headquarters before they come to Headquarters and Headquarters Takmoilung shall invite them after completion of their arrangement. 3.
