SERIOUS THOUGHTS: Whats the point in developing products, doing the legwork, investing, managing all the manufacturing, and getting the product to market if another IH shop is just going to copy your product, especially after you took your companies initials off the product just for these other shops that wanted to buy from you. You see them at shows and tell them to call you and work out a mutually beneficial wholesale deal and then rather than call you up like they told you they would, they just copy your shit? No Integrity and their word means nothing. You only have your word once in life and once you lose it you can never get it back. Thats why i am hating this business right now. These other shops are not happy with a piece of the pie, they want the whole pie. That extra $10 or so has them looking like weasels. I mean it was a small IH community and we would buy from each other, if i did not have the product i would send my customer to them for it and vice versa. Or i would sell them the product at a reduced rate and they would mark it up making 35% or so just by lifting the phone or sending a purchase order. Now they copy your products just like every one of these Toyota shops, and Jeep Shops. These IH vendors are not China Stop it....Everyone will have the same products and the consumer loses. It was better when one company would put resources towards a new product and another company another then sell to each other. The consumer won as now the market had two products instead of the same one. How stupid is that. This is why i dont like some of these guys i use to call brothers in the trade. They now copy out of GREED. They also look like dirtbags to everyone else out there. To paraphrase a friend I know Ted Ornas is looking down upon me smiling and looking at these other clowns and frowning. The IH Family has suffered a great deal and gone down hill. Well back to work i go....chasing that dream hoping every one of my products will not get copied.
