SERMON SNIPPET II:( Whats Good For the Goose...) From the beginning of time, the world has been filled with double standards. Churches, particularly in the South once had the reputation of bring pregnant girls before the congregation and making them confess their obvious sin. Of the congregations that I know that practiced this, to my knowledge, none ever made the boy or in most cases, the man, do the same. It took two people to commit this act, but only one was brought to church and made to stand before the assembly; only one was lifted up to public humiliation and shame; only one would forever bear that scarlet cross of ridicule.
