SEVEN A-SIDE HOSTEL FOOTBALL LEAGUE Starting from 18 october 2014 Kickoff time:4:45 pm(sharp) ENTRY FEE: RS 900\- RULES: 1 .Seven players in the ground and two substitution with manager. 2. Punctuality should be strictly followed, no team is waited more than 15 minutes. 3. Refree decision is the last decision and no arguing. 4.Football kits is compulsory in the ground. 5. Entry fee must be provided to the organizer before entering the team name. 6. No rolling substitution. 7. First half will of 15 minutes and second half will be of 20 minutes. 8.
