SEVERE WEATHER WARNING - THERE ISNT ONE !!!! Windy says see they bastarding newspapers for spreading shite ha ha ha ha . . . . . . . . we do have an absolutely mahoosive area of LOW PRESSURE coming in but its so vast, in fact its about 2500 miles wide, that all its energy is spread over such a larger area itll be no more stronger than average for this time of the year. Right lets look at this weekends LOW PRESSURE first, and leave Hurricane Gonzalo for a later date, as I have a few followers that struggle with more than 2 or 3 simple pieces of information at a time ha ha ha. SURFS UP DUDE - Bright yellow / green image with the 4 black arrows is for all you surfers out there . . . . . theyll be a decent bit of sea swell off this low, so surfing should be pretty good over the next 2-3 days. Any south west coast will be good, and it looks like the north east of Scotland will be pretty decent as well. GLOBAL WINDS - Map of the world with the red circle and 2 black arrows shows us some global winds and whats happening out in the Atlantic. We can see this current area of LOW PRESSURE thats about to hit us, and if you look middle left you can see Hurricane Gonzalo as well. UK LOW PRESSURE - The other images show us the extent of the current LOW PRESSURE system thats due in, and as you can see its absolutely fuking mahoosive, but not all that intense which is a relief . . . . . current expanse of wind from it is about 2500 miles across !! This LOW PRESSURE although extremely wide is not all that intense, so nothing much to worry about except some very very strong winds and a lot of rain overnight Friday into Saturday. Come Saturday afternoon youll have forgotten all about her, although itll still be very very windy. STRIKE ZONE - The white image of the Atlantic with the red circle over the north west of Scotland shows us where I think itll hit on FRIDAY EVENING . . . . . certainly the WESTERN side of Scotland will see the worst of it, but particularly the NORTH WEST !! So just to clarify there is an area of low pressure coming in late Friday evening / Friday night bringing with it some strong winds and a shitload of rain but it wont be anything like Baw Bag was, with the worst of the wind and rain coming overnight Friday into Saturday morning . . . . . . . Mon the CRAYONS !!
