Gusts possible to 110km/h. Winds expected to ease tomorrow night. *** VICTORIA *** DAMAGING WINDS for people in the Wimmera, North Central, North East, South West, Central, West and South Gippsland and East Gippsland forecast districts. Gusts possible to 100km/h. Winds expected to ease tomorrow night. *** TASMANIA *** DAMAGING WINDS for people in the Western, Central Plateau, Midlands, East Coast, Upper Derwent Valley and South East forecast districts.
