Last Wednesday of Each Month: bring machines 1-7 days prior We have a wonderful and convenient service planned for you and your beloved best friend, your Sewing Machine! On the last Wednesday of each month, you can bring your machine to The Quilted Crow for a cleaning/repair/tune-up service on our premises. Our technician is a third generation sewing machine mechanic with over 90 years family experience! All makes/models/years are welcome. Heres what you need to do: *Bring in your machine 1-7 days prior to the service date and pay $85 *Bring your cord and machine foot *Write down specifically what you would like to have worked on (what problems you are having) *Pick up your machine 1-7 days after service. If your machine requires more than a cleaning we will call you with an estimate of cost for the additional work before the work is performed. The CLEANING includes complete machine breakdown, deburring of hook & bobbin case with clean oil, adjustment of belt & gears along with confirmation that timing is on point, balancing the tensions, complete degrease with overall re-oiling. Check completion & test sew to satisfaction. P.S. For your information, your machine should be cleaned every 6-12 months for peak performance. Service dates are the last Wednesday of each month.
